Additionally, 10,000 lux is the recommended dose for light therapy. CET suggests using a reputable light meter such as the TopTes TS-710 to adjust the placement of the unit and/or sitting position to stay within the maximum level of approximately 10,000 lux by holding the sensor at the level of the eyes during the session.
