Each coaching session is designed to be a direct, actionable step toward improving your mental health and sleep quality, following this steps:
1. Initial Assessment: In the first session, your coach will assess your mood, sleep patterns, and lifestyle habits to identify the best starting point.
2. Customized Plan: Together, you’ll create a tailored plan to manage symptoms of SAD or sleep disturbances.
3. Ongoing Support: Between sessions, limited email follow-ups ensure you stay on track.
4. Progress Evaluation: In follow-up sessions, you’ll adjust the plan based on your progress and feedback.
Our coaching fee is $150 USD for each 30-minute session, with a two-session start-up
requirement. Your progress matters, and we’re here to help you every step of the way.
