The BOXelite OS emits diffuse light through its large front panel. The panel is elevated, making it very comfortable and pleasant to use while reading, eating, or working. The unit is bright, delivering 10,000 Lux at a distance of up to 14 inches. Includes 2 height adjustable legs.

A special gift for the next 50 light box purchasers: a light sensor that verifies 10,000 lux! the DeLux Light Sensor (click the links or the image below)

The DeLux Light Sensor verifies 10,000 lux so you will know whether you are getting the correct amount of light from your light box.

To get optimal light therapy, your eyes must fall into the 10,000- lux area. This is easy with the large screen of the BOXelite OS. Like the sun, the BOXelite OS will light your entire face and shine down into your eyes. However, with small light boxes, it is difficult to get 10,000 lux because you need to sit very close, be very still, and endure significant glare.
